BellRung SLA alerts

Terms of use

Last updated 6 November 2026

BellRung is an app for Freshdesk that sends Slack alerts before a ticket breaches its SLA. "We" means Sergii Khomenko, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. By installing BellRung, you agree to these terms.

Subscription

You get BellRung through the Freshworks Marketplace. Each new installation starts with a free trial of 21 days. After the trial, Freshworks bills the price per Freshdesk account per month that the listing shows. Freshworks handles the subscription, its renewal and its cancellation.

Use

You may use BellRung in the Freshdesk accounts that your subscription covers. We may suspend or limit access only when the law or Freshworks requires it, or to stop a security threat or abuse. When we can, we will tell you first.

Alerts

BellRung depends on Freshdesk, the Freshworks platform, Slack and Cloudflare. We work to deliver every alert on time, but we do not guarantee that each alert arrives, or arrives on time. Freshdesk remains the record of the SLA status of your tickets.

Liability

BellRung is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or SLA penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for BellRung in the 12 months before the claim.
